I am passionate about my integrative, whole-person approach to mental health care.

I currently provide services for California residents via telehealth and in-person appointments in Hermosa Beach.

My Story:

I went into medical school planning to become a gastroenterologist because I loved the science and complexity of the GI system. But during my third year, I discovered how much I enjoyed psychiatry. I was drawn to the stories, the connection, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life. I went into medicine to help people, and psychiatry quickly became the place where that felt most true. It felt right then and it still does.

My Background:

I am a South Bay native and spent many years in Greater Los Angeles for my training and work.

In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family (husband, son, & 2 dogs) and friends, being in nature, and staying active with hikes and tennis.
